      hybrid model of work, work life balance is based on team

      Cons

      lot of politics, Higher management is very poor, silent layoffs, every now and then management changes in turn lot of restructuring, no hikes, no job security

      Pros

      predictable, set schedule. coworkers can be nice.

      Cons

      Do not get a job here. No chance of advancement, wages get worse every year while workload goes up, management clearly doesn't care about anything but revenue. It's a miserable place with bad leaders. Everyone on my level is looking for another job -- 60+ people.
