      Already mentioned by many but there are some great people who work here

      Cons

      Great people who work here are not in the top spots. Even managers with potential too be good are dragged down by arrogant snr execs. New org plan and layoffs every few months.

      Pros

      predictable, set schedule. coworkers can be nice.

      Cons

      Do not get a job here. No chance of advancement, wages get worse every year while workload goes up, management clearly doesn't care about anything but revenue. It's a miserable place with bad leaders. Everyone on my level is looking for another job -- 60+ people.
