      The CEO is intelligent yet has excessive ego and has trouble connecting with his employees. This has resulted in a toxic work culture.

      Pros

      predictable, set schedule. coworkers can be nice.

      Cons

      Do not get a job here. No chance of advancement, wages get worse every year while workload goes up, management clearly doesn't care about anything but revenue. It's a miserable place with bad leaders. Everyone on my level is looking for another job -- 60+ people.
