Projects come and go quickly as the deadlines are always fast approaching. The work day starts later than at most companies.

The company culture is extremely welcoming and pleasant, I always come into work happy to see my coworkers The company is very teamwork oriented, and people are always willing to talk about any design difficulties A great place to learn interdisciplinarity within engineering, as a mechanical engineering co-op, I learned a lot about electrical engineering and programming alongside all of the mechanical design I worked on Opportunities for overtime, but never pressured into doing so The CEO is hands on, open-minded, cares about his employees, and is always willing to help with problems that come up in the day to day of engineering work. Each project has different design constraints that allow for each project to remain interesting over time. There is always something to do and something to learn, so I was rarely bored. Everything you work on has genuine impact to the company.

Given the nature of some of the clients, sometimes the deadlines can be a bit tighter than wanted. That being said, the projects were always rewarding and well managed so that it was still possible to do our best work even under the short timefremes
