Service department is a shambles. Constantly ridiculed and belittled. Numerous complaints made with evidence, nothing done to rectify. Other Service Advisors only out for themselves, with zero support for new starters or those with limited service experience. Do not trust the employees who will pin blame on anybody but themselves or management to support you.
Long hours, OTE are impossible to obtain.
