High volume sales increases stress, intense working rota

Good team of other sales executives while I worked there

They make a big deal about training and helping employees but in my experience I received a bad review on trustpilot (despite doing extremely well with sales in my first month) from a disgruntled customer and was arguably not in the wrong for my actions but the management threw me under the bus and did not give me any warning to rectify my actions so after 1.5 months they simply called me in a fired me straight away. Avoid because they don't have your back you're just a number. I have worked at other dealerships in which sometimes an issue with a customer will arise and the management work with the sales execs to rectify the problem and make the customer happy. Their obsession with the reputation overrules any employee development.
