Pros
The people I worked with were phenomenal. We were put in a crappy situation but made the most of it and had some great times together. The work was interesting, fast paced, and never boring.
Cons
Management was completely incompetent. If something isn't working, the higher ups blame the employees instead of realizing their poor leadership is to blame. If you're a woman, don't expect any promotions. Those only go to men.
