Pros
The money is good, there are some good managers and some good people. At one point there was a good culture with people dedicated to helping others succeed and grow.
Cons
*Work-Life Balance is a myth. If you want a life outside of NM, you won't survive. Long work days, an expectation to be available even when on vacation or on weekends/holidays, and the only people who get breaks are parents. *Sexism and racism are unfortunately in existence at NM, especially within technology. Terrible people who step on others are the only ones who succeed in a company that is powered by a "good ol' boys club". People who speak out against the toxic culture are seen as a threat. *This company is in survival mode. They have no idea how to innovate or connect with young people. Everyone knows this because they refuse to upgrade old systems or invest in ways to connect with young people. Upper management is out of touch with reality while the company as a whole is in a downward spiral.
