Employees come tougher to work hard to over come lack of equipment, outdated building and no support.
Cons
Leadership. Zero engagement from CEO or CNO with staff outside of their own directors or immediate people. Lots of talk of “positive culture” but that’s because staff are retaliated against or singled out for voicing concerns or issues.
