-easy recruitment process, no target and instructions for production -location near to center - if you are young the job is for you, but if you are looking stable job, its totally not for you

i submitted as internship, the HR proposed to join working in production, even i have engineering degree, and finally i was working as operator which i did not expect it - working culture are blaming each other -alot foreigners has engineering background got offer become operator - no onboarding, no instructions, -instructions created when there was an audit , after that just disappeared - as foreigners i got alot discrimination, and underestimate from my cowokers it also happend to other foreigners - very often hiring and firing, -strong political family in organization
