      Employee owned company. Aside from having amazing clients and benefits, the company culture is unique in it's approach to the employee the supported missions. Truly an amazing place to work and feel like you've joined a family rather than a number.

      Outstanding benefits, supportive management, very family-friendly, hard work is amply rewarded

      The only con is that since it is a smaller company, it has a more limited number of opportunities vs. the big players in the industry.
