Pros

None that I can think of

Cons

Work load is extremely high, no pay for critical staffing, charge nurses sit in office throughout shift, and few are willing or even know how to help. Management is poor. Staff moral is not good either. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

Pros

-some of the nurses on the floor were nice -gets your foot in the door with a hospital as a student -supportive management on the floor i was hired on

Cons

-low pay for what you put up with -was mainly working as a patient care tech as opposed to a nurse extern -nurses on the med/surg floors weren’t very nice and willing to help -don’t feel like i got enough training -the pre shift anxiety was horrendous
