      Great schedule and awesome pay!

      Cons

      They are very focused on patient satisfaction and less on employee satisfaction. Morning meetings on the current "ratings" of the hospital are not necessary especially after a 12 hour shift.

      Pros

      -some of the nurses on the floor were nice -gets your foot in the door with a hospital as a student -supportive management on the floor i was hired on

      Cons

      -low pay for what you put up with -was mainly working as a patient care tech as opposed to a nurse extern -nurses on the med/surg floors weren’t very nice and willing to help -don’t feel like i got enough training -the pre shift anxiety was horrendous
