      Pros

      Plenty of hours, some really good staff let down by others.

      Cons

      The role felt as far from Security as you could get, doing things where people were paid to do but due to lack of experience of the company, they we're happy for the officer's to do it instead. outdated training matrixe's, it felt like the company was hanging on to the contract with desperation rather than being confident they could offer the customer better security services than any other security companies.

      Pros

      One of the better security companies, Small enough to feel 'family'. Very professional set up and wages a little higher than most in the area. Providing you're doing your job you get trusted to get on with it.

      Cons

      As with all security companies, there's always a shortfall of staff - so be prepared to be asked to cover shifts at short notice.
