Pros
only positive is holidays and short enough day. First of all anyone used to be trained by ni water and you had no bother getting a job. Now I'm 2022 the pay is shocking terrible, you need a degree for even a straight forward position or about 5 years water experience to get in. No such thing as training people who can't afford to just go on an apprenticeship as maybe they have a family n mortgage. Lot people do nothing either all day. Even directors there salary especially chief exec is disgusting shouldn't be on much more than £100k. Maybe privatisation would bring us better wages. Feel depressed every day here.
Cons
As above it's shocking. Need a degree and 5 years experience just to get in doing a basic job now where as before years ago they employed most of the people and they had no qualifications. Field Managers are never here and never no what there talking about. Would no more about space than water. Everyone is fed up.
