      Pros

      NDS is extremely attentive to employees needs re: family issues, unavoidable time off with little or no notice etc. The “work from home” model as opposed to starting at the shop every day. NDS assumes employees are honest because it’s stakeholders are honest. Uncommon on both counts in this industry.

      Cons

      Office staff often don’t know what the field work actually entails, although this is being addressed through Friday webinars.
