Fun atmosphere working on campus, free education benefits and great retirement and health benefits.
Cons
Pay is low - compared to competitors and for the Boston area in general. You also have to pay for parking as an employee. No growth path in my current role makes it hard to stay. The company does not give yearly adjustments based on inflation (cost of living increases) so be prepared to make "less" money as your career continues on.
