Pros
You will get great benefits and training opportunities. The front line staff are very hard working. There is variety in the client population.
Cons
The agency is obsessed with money and numbers at the expense of client and employee care. The agency only cares about productivity and will not reward staff for other merits. The agency has inexperienced middle management with upper management is entirely unavailable. Lots of manipulation and coercion was used with employees during my tenure. They don't allow former employees to have references and you can't use PTO for 6 months following your start date!
