Pros

Good and friendly people in non-managerial positions.

Cons

Random and unqualified people in mid-level/director management positions. R&D team is understaffed and therefore long hours and heavy workload. Overtime is not paid but expected.

Pros

Remote and very few helping polite people

Cons

They took me for some other role and gave another task for 6 months and expect to become an expert like my background roles which is totally incorrect. Some of the old seniors are very rude as they have been working for long and very rigid to reflect to changes . One to one meetings can be very hectic and they use very rude words directly which is very demotivating.

The actual team of Consultants, PMs and Support, remote working.

Cons

Poor leadership, invisible racism, very bad products and direction-less vision, less salary compared to the market.
