Pros
Making connections with clients and onsite coworkers.
Cons
No leadership whatsoever. The CEO is one of the worst business owners ever encountered. He blames every team member for his lack of management skills and is completely disrespectful to employees. Truly believes himself to the best of the best, yet cannot execute on any plans or even set goals for his own company. No logical rationale for any decision-making and changes his mind on every plan made. The company is failing fast because of the colossal waste of money spent on software programs that never get used, under-utilizing premium talent, and the blindness to the fact that clients and employees are sick of the CEO's horrible attitude. No clear communication to staff about what is going on or any of the organizational changes that occur every few months. Once hired, you are in the dark. False promises. No bonuses. Once your client's project ends, you are let go effective immediately. Saw this happen to multiple people with no warning. Benefits are constantly changing. Expect to pay a lot out of pocket. Just about all staff move to FT with the client to get away from this company.
