Pros

There are a lot of talented, hardworking people here who genuinely care about doing things right

Cons

The company is growing at an extremely rapid pace, and while growth can be exciting, it has reached a point where it feels unsustainable for the teams supporting it. New firms and clients continue to be onboarded at a speed that outpaces the infrastructure, staffing, and processes needed to support them well. As a result, many employees are stretched thin, juggling competing priorities, tight deadlines, and constant fire drills. The workload often feels reactive rather than strategic, and it can be difficult to keep up without sacrificing quality, balance, or personal well-being. It often seems like concerns about capacity are acknowledged but not meaningfully addressed before the next wave of growth begins.

Pros

Those on the bottom rung tend to look out for one another.

Cons

My experience at the firm was defined by extremely heavy workloads, especially for anyone who is not part of the executive team. Operations, tax, and client service staff consistently reported burnout, and the expectations placed on non‑executive employees were far beyond what most would consider reasonable. Development support was minimal, and many employees felt that promises about growth, training, or advancement were rarely followed through on. At one point, a client became concerned enough about how staff were being treated that they requested the situation be reviewed. Following this, many employees were moved from salaried to hourly status due to the amount of previously uncompensated overtime. Culturally, the environment was challenging. Several employees noted that the workplace leaned heavily toward conservative political views, including open support for MAGA‑aligned positions among some staff. Multiple team members also raised concerns about how minorities were treated and whether the environment felt inclusive or psychologically safe. These issues contributed to a workplace atmosphere that many found stressful and unsupportive. The firm has strong business momentum, but the internal experience would benefit from major improvements in workload management, transparency, inclusivity, and follow‑through on commitments
