Pros

There is, like they tell you, potential to make 1000 or even more per week. You work on commission selling makeup bags for 20$ each, for each bag you make 8$--pretty good. The girls are friendly and once you recruit 5 of your own sales people you move up in the ranks.

Cons

You have to go business to business and ask them to buy the makeup promotion. The hours are 830-630, but often you stay later, and saturdays its 930 to 530. Really long days and takes patience and a good mental attitude.

Pros

I have been with the company for over a year and have nothing but positive things to say. This company has helped me push myself to handle more responsibility and learn how to manage a team of people. I've been promoted twice solely because of my application of the training they've given me. There is an amazing support system here of people that truly want to help you become successful. I'm also making more money than I've ever made and I am so appreciative of the pay structure they offer here. I've never been this happy with a company before.

Cons

Growing in any company, or in anything for that matter, requires you to put in the hard work. If you're willing to do more here, you will be rewarded. By more, I mean putting in more hours than your 40 hour work week and more effort than just the "show up to get paid" mentality. If you're not giving more, you won't get more, and that's where people get upset, because this growth-driven environment sometimes gives people the idea that growth is guaranteed for everyone. That's not the case anywhere. So essentially, this isn't your clock in clock out type of job. A job with this company is a career. You won't like working here if you're looking for just another job where you'll be just another employee.
