Pros

Good organization to start a career for providing services like fuel assistance and housing with case manager opportunities. Benefits are pretty good, very flexible with time off and issues with family or kids. No need hear to be worried about performance, anything goes. There are some very nice people who work here, some very good workers but the bad apples ruin the experience.

Cons

The culture some managers at this organization cultivate in their departments is toxic. Some employees get away with very bad attitudes, even negatively affecting clients, and there is little accountability, standards and expectations. Mangers only deal with failing performance in passive-aggressive ways. Some people have been here a long time and form clicks that make new employees feel unwelcome or make them prove themselves.
