Just a couple of things I can think of -
1. The employee portion of the medical benefits is a bit on the pricey side. There are several options, and I signed up for the lowest deductible plan, so I expect to pay more than someone who signed up for one of the higher deductible plans. But I am paying just about the same amount I was when I was carrying my own independent plan, which I thought was too high.
2. Personal days. We only get three a year, which IMO is a little skimpy. Most people I know get at least five. It would be nice to have a couple more, just to have a little extra security, so when you get sick and want to stay home, you don't wonder if you're "sick enough" to burn through a personal day or not. Or if you want or need a day off, outside of a vacation, like for a doctor's appointment or a repair man.
