Pros

Friendly people, high potential in company, could be nice. Leadership has good intentions.

Cons

Some leaders have been in company 10-20 years but no other experience. Slow pace, not international. Outdated tech stack. Inflated middle management. People come here to chill. Questionable business outlook. No growth - company is getting big and more corporate but not in good ways, there are usually not good processes. No clear way to promotion or higher salary. Low salary. No change, people like to keep things as they have always been. Selective few people decide everything, it is not based on data or processes. Single point of failures everywhere.

Remote first company. Flexible working arrangement.
