Good company - horrible managers - Sales Noregon Systems Employee Review

Management is unethical and far removed from the people they hire. They give a Rock Star award of huge value to appease their inappropriate actions all year round. Management doesn't care about the human being but how they can contine to line the pockets of the executive team. HR is a joke and everyone is scared now and feel they will be fired....especially Sales. There is no accountability and the law is broken every day.
