Under the new leadership brought in by Nordson, it's evident that the primary focus is on personal career advancement rather than the well-being of employees and the satisfaction of our clientele. Instead of fostering a culture of collaboration and growth, the leadership team seems more concerned with padding their own resumes. This shift in leadership has had dire consequences for the company. Promises of growth and development on the premises have failed to materialize, and instead, we've witnessed a steady decline in both morale and productivity. Despite reassurances from management, it's become increasingly clear that their actions do not align with the best interests of the company or its stakeholders. The decision-making process seems to prioritize short-term gains over long-term sustainability. This has resulted in severe cutbacks, leaving many dedicated employees feeling undervalued and disposable. Overall, the acquisition by Nordson has brought about a disappointing change in company culture. Rather than building upon the foundation of success that was in place prior to the acquisition, the new management has steered the company in a direction that prioritizes personal gain over the well-being of its employees and the satisfaction of its customers. Unless significant changes are made, I fear for the future of this once-thriving company.
