Professional experience ignored. Very much of a clique who makes all the decisions. No chances to expand skills. Old technology (15+ years old). No planning (using 'agile' company as an excuse for not planning). Paranoid management - relevant information not shared among engineers, so impossible to really make adequate plans for delivery of projects.
