Salary has been cut throughout sales force. Processing sales model that relies solely on what the company needs to sell...not what the customer needs....Management is inexperienced. Does not know customers or how to establish relationships. Buy out of experienced account managers has left sales force with little product knowledge....training horrible. Virtually No marketing, sales tools or culture of success. Good at DEI hires.
