Sexist workplace. Paid woman far less. Would offer 'promotions' but wouldn't have a pay increase. Raises don't keep up with inflation.

Lots of high end product in the showroom, hence opportunity to make great commissions. Lots of opportunity to learn and grow. Warehouse staff is exceptional.
