Nothing. Some of the people are nice.

Awful management, you are never listened to. The machines are so old they break down every 30 seconds. My job title was Floating Technician and I never once got the opportunity to fix any machine, never even got to shadow anyone or learn a single thing in the year I was there, then get yelled at for not knowing anything. You are made to feel stupid every day. Full of false promises and zero career progression. Extremely toxic environment, everyone gossips behind your back, rumours get spread, its like highschool with grown men. In the reviews every few months, complete lies are said about you, its almost as if they want you to quit. You learn nothing to do your actual job, instead they throw you on the worst machine for 12 hours for rubbish pay. Honestly don't waste your time, save your mental health by avoiding this place.

Not an overly stressful job. Not an overly enjoyable job. I would say it would suit someone who wants to earn an "ok" wage doing work which does not require much effort. 95% of the staff are nice to work with. Occasionally allowed to bring excess product home which is nice.

Long shifts with repetitive work Limited Progression within the QSE department. No sick pay. In general I would say the vibes are not ideal.
