Pros
Great co-workers. These were some of the hardest working people I've ever had the privilege to work with. People that care about what they are doing and strive to make a great product. The pay is at or below scale for what your job title is, but with all the hours they force you to work, you can pay all your bills.
Cons
Work/home life balance is horrible. Zero communication and leadership from upper management. Lack of direction from the planning department. Supervisors speak to, and treat their employees with nothing but disrespect. Hard working employees are treated like animals, not people.
