      Pros

      Friendly people, great boss, golf in the hallway twice a day, good useful product with a real market niche. Some nice perks.

      Cons

      Cant say the one bad thing with out revealing my identity. Should be fine for anyone else looking to work for Nomos as my situation is unique.
