Pros
- There is room for external courses. - Freedom within the job. - Shared lunch in the office. - Nice company car.
Cons
- Company has no clear vision. - This leads to a too large portfolio and thus a lack of expertise. - Opportunistic, sell whatever you can to the customer, even if we don't have the knowledge to support the customer after sales. - Poor management, only focused on margins and not on people (customers & employees). - Commissions are (supposed to be) paid at the end of the year, but management will try to do whatever not to pay these commissions. As a result there is a large turnover of sales persons. This is absolutely not done, people should be rewarded for their hard work! - Internally not well organised, no clear structure or processes in place for sales reps.
