Employee-friendly company Company policies are good, like providing day care support for the kids (up to 6 years of age) for women employees, so that women can come back to work early after maternity leave, and there are a lot of learning opportunities inside Nokia, but you need to have good circle of friends so that you can get to know about the opportunities
Cons
Work is monotonous, the same kind of work you will be doing for years There is a delay in promotion after the JG9. It may take more that 7-8 years to reach JG10 and also you may not get the kind of work for the experience you have
