Pros
innovation, collaboration and hard working engineers. Good use of technology and people are usually quite patient in giving time to the new person on board.
Cons
Very big and hence they cannot manage themselves in the most efficient way. Need more specific direction. BU's should be reduced to improve the efficiency.
