      Pros

      Worked there for 4+ years, pretty good team and culture. The company has a solid foundation in engineering and seems to be heading the right direction.

      Cons

      Traditional, slow paced, not a lot of up side.

      Pros

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
