      Work on a huge product like 5G.

      Cons

      Minimal knowledge sharing Salaries not great Don't wait for salary raises. And if yes, they will be at 3-6% of current. Work on multiple things. Not focusing one few in order to grow healthy

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
