      Good salary at start. Lot of work and place to improve. Possibility to work with a lot of other countries employee

      Cons

      Weak salary increase over the time. Stagnation when you get to know the project well. Everything depends on place u will get into, every project has other flaws.

      Pros

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
