      Flexibility with working hours & lifestyle. Able to work from home when needed (even before the pandemic)

      Cons

      Very tight with cash. Not many team building sessions, or official social events within the company. Uses low-cost travel (not business class)

      Great co-workers and local management. Interesting work projects. Fully committed to AI-enabled software development.

      Unwritten expectation for evenings and weekend additional work. Felt like upper management viewed us as costs, instead of people.
