      Pros

      Early yeas were great. Lot of opportunities for personal growth. Great people, great teams. I don't think I could have done what I have done in any other company.

      Cons

      Company lost it's identity, lots of really bad leaders and people doing things just for sake of doing something without adding value.

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
