-Pseudo government kind of company. If not much work, then you will become lazy if you don't put effort to learn on your own. Sometimes you get lot of free time. -Few projects doesn't have customers. -Few projects put so much mental pressure - managers give insignificant work just because you are employed -After acquiring Alcatel-Lucent, few projects are treated as step children. Some movement happened internally for employees between projects. Few are happy few are not . -With promotion you don't get extra salary for the new grade along with normal yearly hike.
