      work and life balance with very flexible working hours, open working environments, here every employee and their respective opinion is well respected, everyone's voice can be easily heard by leadership team, Great place to work for.

      Pros

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
