      We have flexible work time, simple relationship, Comfortable working atmosphere and good culture, every is equal, and seldom have overtime work.

      don't have own campus, the office building is rented, along with other company.

      Pros

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
