      Excellent Work Life Balance Allows you to have a bit of freedom Allows excellent freedom in working.

      Cons

      No common tools - especially in testing No harcode coding - proprietary coding methods Pure talent is not considered the key to grow up the ladder

      Pros

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
