Leaves , wfh, salary, average hike ( now seems bit reducing ) ok work life balance. Opportunity for c++ and java, good for testers
Cons
Too much process, all work are strictly time bounded, seniors enjoy the most, not recommended for career growth. Old code/ technology, more shuffling on things. Doesn't separate responsibility properly. Politics and favour. No team outing budget. No gym.
