Pros
Good place to settle down. Senior people can take work from home as much as they want. Work pressure is less. Its all good if you want to focus on your pesona life.
Cons
No so good for folks who are growing in their career. Salary growth is less. Less opportunity to learn new things. Senior people don't have the time or are not interested to to do something challenging which is good for them but bad for you. If you plan to join Nokia then join late and settle down.
