      Company caring for employees, good values, some teams were very well organized without management intervention.

      Cons

      Management and business decisions are making the company to sunk. The alliance with Microsoft doesn't look good for the company's image.

      Pros

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
