Big company with lots of opportunities. Your experience depends on what team you join. There are big differences between the leaderhip/line managers. If you dont feel good in a team, you can move to another field it is supported internally.
Cons
Communication is not always satisfying. There is a quite big employee fluctuation due to weak wage increase.
