Pros
Great Culture, helps in maintaining a perfect work life balance. Good support by the higher management and it helps nurturing the talent in the organization. I hada great team and we were like a family in the workplace.
Cons
Some managers in the middle level come from IT services background and there is a huge cultural mismatch between their style of leading and the style as per NOKIA's values. this causes problems at times. Thank God it was not in my Team... :)
